Join Dr. Chanda and Dr. Afiya for The Return: Why Africa is Calling You Home, a free informational session unpacking the emotional and psychological benefits of going to Africa. As two nationally recognized psychologists and women deeply rooted in the culture, we will break down the power of travel as a healing tool and how Egypt in particular offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to reset your mind, body, and soul.
We will also walk you through the day-by-day schedule of our upcoming Egypt trip. From the pyramids and Nile river sail to intimate wellness workshops, you will get a full preview of the experience we are curating. This is more than a vacation. It is a cultural immersion and mental health reset. Get your questions answered and connect with others considering the journey. This session is free but space is limited.
Inside the resource, you will discover how returning to the Motherland reduces symptoms of racial trauma, strengthens your cultural foundation, and improves mental health outcomes. This is not just about seeing the sights. It is about reclaiming your narrative and finding peace in a space where your spirit is not just tolerated but honored. This resource is free and it is your first step toward a deeper journey.
